Shop Policy

All orders may take up to 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) to be processed. (excluding holidays and weekends)

Orders are fulfilled in the order they come in

Orders are shipped out every Monday and Friday. Once orders have been shipped it will arrive in 4-6 business days

Please note that times may vary due to high amount of orders. *Processing time is separate from shipping time, please order in a timely manner if you need our items by a specific date*

Once orders are dropped off at the post office it is no longer my responsibility and it is up to USPS! I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking number states it was delivered, that is what I go by! 

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges due to sanitary purposes. As you may know we are still in a pandemic and for everyone's safety I do not allow any of these transactions.
