All Evil Eye jewelry are cleansed before shipped out. They can also be worn in water and should never be taken off. When your evil eye bracelet breaks we are not responsible! It means the evil eye has done its job and it’s time for you to get a new one :) All Crystal bracelets are 100% authentic crystals. Shop policies
Shipping Policy-
All orders may take up to 1-2 business week(s) to be processed excluding weekends, holidays, and vacations.
After orders are dropped off at the post office it may take 3-5 days to arrive depending on USPS and their delays.
Please note that processing times and shipping times are separate! Please order in a timely matter if you need your order by a specific date.
Return and refund policy-
We do not accept returns, ALL items are FINAL SALE due to sanitary purposes and Covid-19 we also do not accept exchanges once your order is placed! We also do NOT accept CANCELLATIONS!! Once your order is placed it is FINAL!
We are also no longer responsible for packages once they are dropped off at the post office or once they are marked as delivered! If there is a problem with your package, you will need to contact USPS.
If your package is marked as delivered that is what we go by, we do not resend out packages! We are also not responsible for damaged items, if your item was delivered damage please contact USPS through their website and file a complaint with them!
If you enter in an incorrect address at checkout you have until it is shipped out to contact me to change it, once it is shipped it is no longer my responsibility and we don't accept any refunds!
Jewelry Care policy-
Once your order has stated it has been delivered, we are NOT responsible for when your jewelry breaks or tarnishes. It is your responsibility to use proper care with your jewelry. Ordering from our shop means you agree to this policy and going against it can mean being permanently banned from our shop and blocked.
